2

Pre-Approval

Getting pre-approved will help you know exactly what you can afford so you can confidently focus on the right homes. Plus, it shows sellers you’re serious, giving you an edge when making an offer.
Image

3

Property tours

After you have reviewed and selected which homes you want to tour, we get to go shopping! This is where you can start figuring out what you really want in your new home.
Image

4

Write offer

Once we find the home of your dreams, we'll submit an official offer - including but not limited to sale price, inspection contingencies, and closing costs. The seller then has time to accept, reject, or counter your offer.
Image

5

Under Contract or Escrow

With your offer accepted, we enter a 30-day Escrow period. This involves a neutral third party company that holds funds while conducting a thorough underwriting process to ensure all aspects of the contract are upheld properly

6

Appraisal

The appraisal is ordered by your lender to protect their investment. They have their own checklist of things they look at for the final approval to move forward. The appraiser can demand repairs completed by the seller before they will give their approval.
Image

7

Inspections

Now that you've found your home we need to order the inspection. The inspection will let you know what repairs are needed, some are minor and some may be safety issues. Don't worry, you are still protected.

8

Closing

Congratulations! You now own a home and can get moved in. It's time to celebrate and have your housewarming and show off your home. We will be standing by to answer any questions you may have about home-ownership and have a list of contractors if the need arises.

Raving Reviews

Bo is simply incredible. You want him as your realtor. My wife and I first met Bo when he offered to help us find an apartment in Austin when we were moving from out of state. Prior to meeting Bo we had set up tours through Zillow/Redfin but it was tough to line up all the showing times, get in touch with all the properties we wanted to see, etc. Bo simply told us "send me your list and I'll make it happen." He delivered on that promise: in one weekend (when we were visiting) he showed us every single property we were interested in and even recommended others that were similar based on our criteria. When we found out our top pick already had other offers in, Bo called the listing agent, vouched for us, and ultimate got us the place. When we were ready to buy a house, we of course went back to Bo, who told us "I want you to see at least 10 homes before you place an offer," making it clear he didn't just want us to jump at the first nice place: he wanted us to find our perfect home. He spent the time to take us out numerous weekends - many times last-minute - and was always great about reaching out to listing agents to get details on the number of competing offers, timeline, etc. Needless to say, when we found "the one" Bo helped us navigate the whole process: the amount to offer to be competitive, the terms to put in the offer, the timing, everything! I'm now writing this review from my couch in the new house and couldn't be happier. THANK YOU Bo for all of the help and for being so great to work with every step of the way!
Bo helped my fiancé & I get our first home while navigating this crazy competitive market. He’s knowledgeable, quick to respond, easy to talk with (there was no question too small to ask him) and he really guided us through the process and what to expect. He was never more than a quick text away to show us listings, write up offers and give his expertise. Luckily after searching and staying on top of our first choice builder, we were able to get a new build in our dream location! Bo made that process easy too and became our voice when needed. None of this came as a surprise though. We were introduced to Bo a few years ago through relatives he had worked with, so we already knew how great he was! I was already referring my friends to him before he helped us with our home and will continue to do so even more now!
Folks, Bo will make your dreams come true if you desire to live in the Hill Country. My husband and I visited Wimberley, TX a couple of times and we were hooked. We knew we wanted to have a second home there because we loved the vibe, the friendliness, and its centrality to so much Texas fun nearby. We contacted Bo and he began the search for our home with us anxiously excited 200 miles away. Bo did such a great job for us. He sent listings frequently, and we learned what we liked and thought we were looking for with Bo eventually hooking us up with a home more perfect in location and proximity to Wimberley than we could have imagined, and still with an acre or so of land, a country setting, and a great view. We offered on the house from pictures and him making a live video for us, then we traveled down a few days later to check it out in person. Bo took us seamlessly through the whole process of buying our home. We closed online one morning and that was a piece of cake with his expertise and contacts. Bo has continued to be of valuable assistance with getting us set up with contacts we use now, and his being available during a minor 'emergency' or two while we were getting up to speed on owning a second house from afar. Besides all that, he's just a really nice guy. He will see to your needs, he will listen, he will be available, and he will make yoir dream happen. He absolutely made our home purchase possible by being immediately responsive in connecting us with the home he found for us and we were able to buy quickly in a very tight market. We. Are. Ecstatic. Thank you, Bo!!
We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Bo and his team! From the very start he made sure we were having fun and seeing the type of houses we felt were a great fit for us. Being first time homebuyers, we had no idea what we were doing but soon felt completely comfortable with Bo leading the way. Even though I'm sure he had other clients at the time, we sure felt like his priority. Communication was excellent every step of the way. He was very knowledgeable about the market and made sure we didn't throw away any money. In fact, he got us our dream home for 34k less than asking in the hottest market in the country!!! Oh and we had the keys to our new house just one month from when we started looking!
A close friend referred me to Bo because she had an excellent experience with him. Bo did a great job teaching me, a first time homebuyer, all the steps of the homebuying process, and moving me through them based on what I was comfortable with. Bo worked with my timeline and priorities, advocated for me at every step, and was honest about any challenges I was up against. In just about two months, I went from looking for a realtor to closed and moved into an awesome condo I am SO happy in! And all this during the frenzy of the super hot 2021 Austin market. I really enjoyed working with Bo and couldn't recommend him more!
